Meet the Team

Jennifer has been a top-producing RealtorⓇ for 15 years and brings to her clients a wealth of local knowledge and experience, personal attention, and top-notch professionalism.

Graduating from Stanford with a BA in Economics and managing a development team in the fast-paced, high-tech world at E*TRADE, prepared her well for the Silicon Valley Real Estate market.  

Jennifer has lived in the Bay Area since 1991. She raised her children in Palo Alto and was involved with the PAUSD PTA and school board. As a Vice President with Neighbors Abroad of Palo Alto she manages the sister city relationship and middle school student exchange program between Palo Alto and Tsuchiura, Japan.

Nancy Mott, a successful RealtorⓇ for over 30 years, has nurtured her great success in the business and expanded a long list of local contacts and a deep knowledge of the Palo Alto community. Beginning in 2021, Nancy will continue in the business with Jennifer and take on more of an advisory role.
